Hello everyone I always get the following error
in the global manager

Can't connect to account DB
cannot occupy db session: select * from SK_SilkChange_BY_Web
cannot occupy db session: update _Shard set nStatus = 0, nCurrentUserRatio = 0 where nID = 64

if anyone can help me out over teamviwer wold be nice

1) Check IP address on ini Certification
2) Check SQL Server, enable TCP/IP and set specific port
3) Check firewall settings

Sometimes, some files come without "SERVER=".
For example:

query=DRIVER={SQL Server};SQLNAME\SQLEXPRESS;DSN=SRO_VT_SHARD;UID=id ;PWD=password;DATABASE=SRO_VT_SHARD


The correct format is :

query=DRIVER={SQL Server};SERVER=SQLNAME\SQLEXPRESS;DSN=SRO_VT_SHARD;UID=id;PWD=pas sword;DATABASE=SRO_VT_SHARD
