Well, first of all, you need to program VIP features. This means creating a VIP section on your source and database. As for VIP cards you would need to add them to the item section of your source, make sure they do things... and edit it within the client as well.

There is no source for all this, but I want to know how to send the card to any player, the code that I write and then receive the gift for the player
