Hwid ban

Can we discuss on how Valorant a hwid ban works I’m seeing many mix answers saying that you need to change some pc parts and some say that you need to change ur whole pc and I have also herd that they track monitor mouse and also keyboard. What is it and is there a legit way to get unhwid banned

It's all conjecture and I don't think most people are rich or have enough spare parts laying around to figure out the exact nature of the HWID ban.

You'd need to;

- Make an account.

- Get it banned.

- Start switching out parts individually and then in unison (e.g. Motherboard/CPU, CPU/GPU) to figure out where and how they're generating the HWID's. That's a lot of permutations.

-All the while creating new accounts to get soul banned in each permutation.

It's a fucking long, arduous and rigorous way of trying to figure out how to bypass a ban. And it's not even guaranteed to be successful.

The people that HAVE figured out how they generate the HWID's would be smart (and likely profitable) in keeping their mouths shut and only disclosing that information to trusted peers.

It will be 8th wonder in this world if they pull off spoofer for valorant. Sources say they even track down keyboard and mouse hwid. So, cheaters better kill themselves b4 figuring out how their so called SOUL BAN works.

I mean its obvious to say that they do not ban hardware that most games are banning right now, but from what i know is that they ban the motherboard but if you want your ban lifted changing that itself does not do anything but waste your money, a few of my friends have their own methods of unbanning theyre system so vanguard thinks they are running it on a new system and the hardware they change are quite weird and the least i expected to be replaced

I am buying a new pc but I am using the old mouse. I think that its a little bit extreme tracking keyboard and mouse, cause imagine how many hardware like these are sold in the market. So basically should be scared to buy a mouse cause you can be banned?
Do you think that running Valorant on a different pc with same mouse will bring on a ban?

Hi just an update for you ... I got perm banned and I have tried fresh windows and formatted drives took out hdd and one Sdd full wiped the lot , changed Ip , MAC address , computer name the lot. Got banned again 4 hours later. Now I’m testing on a shit device my mouse , keyboard and monitor and all seems ok been 24 hours no ban. I don’t think they are going as far as mouse keyboard but it’s definitely more to do with cpu , gpu motherboard

Take your mouse/keyboard to the lan center

i got also as answer from Support that i should take care if i change/buy new computer because they are also a chance that your mouse/keyboard/monitor gets also tracked .. never saw a shit like this :/

If I change my cpu,mobo,and cpu cooler will I still be hwid I’ve herd that gpu is fine

Be gutted if you change just them components and it fails , that’s the position I’m currently in , do I buy new setup or work around my current setup I guess it’s a lot cheaper because the Gpu is the killer

just change your harddrive to install valorant that's it or ssd

I've played with my banned mouse in a notbook and had no problem.
