Sockets

I have recently been testing a theory not yet tested with regards to socketing items...... i can say its been interesting, infact i have had 4 sockets in just over a month, heres what i have been doing.

Upgrade an item, i used unique boots first lvl 5, and threw 5 mets at it, log the time u spammed first and last met.

upgrade nothing else until the following day at the same time, keep doing this day in day out!

My theory was people keep saying about after SM, therefore everybody tries this at around the same time each time, obviously some sort of pattern emerges.

I might be a lucky chap but i think its worth seeing if thats the case or if it really is about upgrade patterns!

let me know if anyone else has any luck!

i know a socket trick but its not worth postin here lol

why 5 mets and not 3? why not 7, 10, 2?

lol socket tricks or not, I dont think there are certain times you get sockets, its a clean gamble and luck ^^, wasting times on trying out useless methods and wasting mets at the same time! If lvl 130 archer then maybe I will try do that but then again I can only reborn people and get socket items so I dont bother with these things ^^

There is no boots lvl 5. Lol.

yes your right, there is no lvl 5 boots, he probably made the whole thing up.

my bad, was level 10 boots, i was typing 5 mets and typed 5 boots too lol, anyway its up to you if you give it a go or not, just a particular routine i found to work for me

these methods dont seem to work for everyone, just the lucky ppl whose conquer characters were affected by these methods

ok. Where are you going to take lvl 10 unique boots everyday, or quality doe not matter?

it's final that sockets are just variably made by the server. the chance is somewhere beyond 1/1000. stop bothering to post things that are never going to happen.

Nothing's proven yet so it's open to make up theories about creating sockets.

for the same reason i spammed 400 mets and got no sockets
