I declined you because you play 4 hrs a day which compared with my current userbase is low. I'm offering a chance to everyone, yes. Does that mean I will accept everyone? Negative.
Just because you have a budget of 2000 a month does not mean I will accept you, also you making claims that you were/are top 500 NA but refuse to show evidence to me shows there is very little trust. And to come back on your final statement, yes. Private cheats are built on trust, not your wallet.
