auto notice

Hi Guys! any post or hints to help me
i have the auto reward top players in my server but i dont have the auto notice system.
How can i create one ? who can help me with that

you will have to write the procedures or just copy it from any database released

For Auto Notice Use Vsro Multi Tool
add in ur producer
Exp : insert into SRO_VT_xxxx.dbo.Notice ...........
About Reward's :
You can identify gifts within the producer that are not related to the Notice
