5165 ItemLock /Register page Fail?

Problem 1.

Code:

Register page doesnt work with me..
this are my steps:
1.
if i edit reg.html(wordpat) (in oldCoDB>Webserver>reg)

2.
and start up epicwebserver(( i get cmd, who says nothing at all.))

3.
open up: http://MYiphere:8080/reg.html
(i use hamachi for testing it)

4.
I create an account, with password(this reg page does show)
but if i click: register, the next page shows:
cant find page.
Ore connection error..

I cannot seem to fix Item Lock.. ive had it fixed, but ive been off for long while and ive been messing around with new sources, and now i cannot find the problem :(..

Can some 1 help (most of us) out??
