[help]How do I create an NPC to PM / GM

Anybody know how I create an NPC that delivers the salary GM / PM
If anyone can help me thank you.
If it is not possible, pelomenos deliver the following items:
780000
780001
But only for GM / PM

im was think the same thing like u too..but didnt get it,,

Step 1 - Log into PM
Step 2 - Have PM spawn item
(For GMs only)
Step 3 - Trade the item to the GM
