open C:\wamp\www\config.php and check there r some thing wrong with line 21

Your PHP is too new for use with a pre-4.1 mysql installation.

Try to look at your config.php in the web folder. Is it point to right db..if all your tables are in the 'my' folder in the database, change the 'account' to 'my' in the config.php..hope it will work for you.

i think there was a conflict with the IP..for the default IP u must set it the IP to 127.0.0.1..if u gonna change that IP u must chage it from my.ini in windows folder too..

iam use client ManequinFULL
ithink the databass have something wrong
coz i dont have account in navicat

then try to set the IP in config.php to 127.0.0.1..now im so tired cannot help u out..got to sleep now..brb
