Stop spreading fake news , the email was fake and we know it. Not the first time someone tried this.

bp is never going to give you a ban reason.
only "banned due cheating/bot" thats everything.

Spanish bp board has a thread about someone getting error 98, and some people say bots on cube disappear :thinking:.

The guy got banned for homophobic comments in chat , his account is unbanned already.
