gateway server says to me all time unable to certify user : unstable server condition(3)

Check your global manager, make sure all of the modules are on and green, check firewall ports (turn off firewall and try again to see if it works), restart the agent server, properly run the modules (SMC, too), restart the whole machine and the whole server and try again.

Also, check to see if ports 15884 and 15779 are open.
