Edit Attack

Hello , my question today is how to edit lev hit rate+ : 0
I'm working on source 5095
and I have searched the entire navicat tables for this message to edit it instead of 0 to make it higher or something but I couldn't find it I:( hope someone understand my point and has a solution here is a print screen :

Step 1: Go to your source
Step 2: CTRL + SHIFT + F
Step 3: "lev hit"
Step 4: Press find all references.
Step 5: If this message is coming from the source, it should find it on this search.
Step 6: Double click on reference which should redirect you to the releated code block.
Step 7: Edit this code block to your liking.
Step 8: ???
Step 9: Profit.

I already have done this but it's not exist source 5095 is so stupid to find order like that I assume it's made with code like stc(1,1) == 0
but I couldn't find the meant line

Assuming you're using a binary, you can't edit it. Unless you know assembly and know where to look for it.

i tried to find 5095 source with binary and i found ( 1 ) and it's not working so that's why i'm using navicat and wamp but no C++
