how to get Aux Program 245: Weapon and equipment level requirements decline by N. (Treasureassist.ini). Somebody know how to get this aux program?

are you talking for PS server codes or for the real game?

You can't do it in a Private server. I've tried it, you just get a buggy core.

there are ways to do it but there is not a proven tested working way.

as far as im aware there is not way to do this through the admin codes and would have to be done in the data base
