Looking for a friendly active server

Hello, so my Rappelz nostalgia hit me and I decided to look for a server that feels full and has active friendly people.
Until now every server I join feels so dead, nobody talks in chat except the once in an hour WTB/WTS, everyone is AFK in hori for the whole day.
If there is any server with fairly high rates, non P2W and with a good large community, please tell me.

If you want play long time, go play a server which is online for years.
