Error disassemble item D10

Hello. I have an error hoping someone can help. I would appreciate that reply.
When I use the Y shortcut to open the "removable" window.
I put in my weapon and got a "Medication Form". Of course when full, people just press "Disassemble".
But an error occurred and the message "Combined failed"
