[Release] Mini OPTool

Hi,

I left the scene awhile ago... But, a friend asked for this tool I made while working on BK. So I decided to release it. No need for it anymore. This is just to quickly make changes to an account / character without using a database manager.

I disabled two features that was specific to BK's database only, so this will work for all 2015/2016 sets. Edit the config file accordingly. Also, make sure you edit the level EXP inside the config as well, since it's using BK's.

MD5 is probably almost as bad as plain text. I'd consider displaying the current password (even if hashed) as being a dick, too. To prove my point: your password is admin.

Oh don't get me wrong, I agree. MD5 isn't anything even with salt. You can hashcat them all day long. The 2016 client can only support MD5. The reason it needs to be done specifically in this scene is:
1. By default it was never like this. Even from a official DB leak in the past it was raw strings.
2. In the past (and even now? Couldn't tell you) competitor server's would use player's passwords against them.
