LF EUW account with 100+ champions

Hey,

I am looking for an EUW account with 100+ champions. I don't really care about ward skins, emotes etc. Elo not relevant, too.

My only please is that the account has a functioning e-mail (which can be changed to mine + no verified phone soI can verify it on me would bea big plus) and was never banned or restricted (positive honor history).

Have a budget of 30-35€. If you have anything to offer, I look forward to it :)
