is it working as it says internet congestion

hi, when i open up the remnant launcher and hit play, it just minimizes in the background and nothing else happens...like no zero client running at all? is there something else that i need to do? I'm a returning player...thank you

edit: I've also updated the client version to 5041 same as with the server version

edit #2: Oh okay, so I kinda figured it out...I just turned my AV off and now its working...

This server is not working after download.
