Egy A/B items silkroad R files

Hello people, Does anyone knows can serenessess 1* drop egy weaapon/shield? Also HWT osiris last unique can it drop egy items or is it just a rumor.
Talking about silkroad R files not vsro files.

Only sereness does drop egy B (with very low rate).
Never heard about HWT uniques doing that unless its a customization done by server team.
