Add GP to DKSQ

Would anyone know how to edit GP in DKSQ. I've tried looking for a while now and wanna make DKSQ more rewardable with GP and PP, but somehow cant find it. So we've been making Bosses harder in certain maps and give GP until we find a solution to the DKSQ GP

You can customize the gp per kill per rank in the csv file
