Requesting user confirmation disappaers

Hi all,

I'm currently playing on ZSRO, but since 1 week I can't log in to the game anymore on my home network. The curieus thing is, when I'm at my gf's place I am able to log in to the game on her network with same pc.

Sometimes I get Failed to connect to server C9 or Requesting user confirmation disappaers without any error.

I already tried dissabling my firewall and antivirus, but this did not work. I also tried re-installing the game without any succes.

Does anyone have any idea what I can try now (maybe with a small '"how to" because I'm not good at this)?

Could be a bad wireless signal if you don't use a cable.

I think the connection is fine, never had issues and I didn't move my pc.I also tried reseting my network at home by pluging the cabels in and out without any succes.

After trying lots of stuff I think it might indeed be my network, but I don't think the connection is bad. I resetted my modem, but still same issue.

Any ideas?
