Cant start SMC Service

Hello guys,

anyone can help me?
i will start the Service in SMC but he call me
" Operate [Start_Service] failed : 707 Agentserver - abnormal condition
Operate [Start_Service] failed : 713 SR_Gameserver - abnormal condition
Operate [Start_Service] failed : 705 SR_ShardManager - abnormal condition "
SR_Gameserver call me " Trying to send msg invalid shardmanager session "
and Farmmanager call me " Warnning Server cord already established : created session overlapped "

your certification server configuration is broken just restore standard certification settings and it should work

Help me, Im restart server vsro and i cant open server again because it (show pic) in sr_shardmanager va sr_gameserver.
how can i fix it and open server.

you probably added a new item to refobjitem and in the last column the itemlink id is not matching or is even missing
