Liadong bridge bug , client or server side ?

Hello,It seems the LD bridge is to much above the ground and I cant figure it out how to fix it.
I played around with files but no luck.Maybe some of you knows where the bridge is located.

Change the name on the map to "The floating bridge", boom. New location.

It's client-sided, like anything related to graphics.
