Hi,

I would like to know how I can run my Shaiya Private server on a public IP address other than local (127.0.0.1)

I have tried to edit via the Sever Patch config Program and I have tryed to edit the PSMServer_Config.ini in D:\SHAIYA_SERVER\SERVER\PSM_Server\Config

please help me figure out how to change the ip properly so my friends can connect please.

Edit:
[SOLVED IT ON MY OWN] Me and my friend were able to log and fool around. If I get help editing perhaps I can run the server publically.

try dyndns.com. If you have an Account there, you can download
one of there tools and you will always have dyndns.com as
domain doesnt matter what your ip is. Idk but it should
work if you let the Client connect to your dyndns url than instead
of the Official Shaiya server / instead of localhost.

yes i did. ive no clue what the problem is. i guess it can only work with a real ip in the *.ini files and not with example.ath.cx

i might have done a mistake while trying, but im pretty sure it does not work.
maybe someone else should try it :)

Yes. You must change ip in the ini files and this is how I got it to work.
