Cannot connect in-game

Hello, I am having some problems people cannot connect in game. It is something like someone maximizing the players can connect.

I observe when the peak reached 60+, people having hard time to connect. Any ideas? I think someone attacking or so.

Your Server is to weak. Order a dedicated Server and throw you vps system in the bin :facepalm:
