Question about Turkish method

Hi,
i recently tried to purchase nosdollars with the turkish method (via steam).
Charged steam wallet and then purchased ND equivalent to 29 TL, but after the transaction i received the refund on Steam and I did not get NDs.

I am now like soft-banned from the shop, receiving an error that I cannot purchase with this value and Im not able to retry again, even with restarting the client/Steam.


Is there any solution for that, or is a misure to ban people who still tries to purchase with turkish lire?

Using VPN with Steam is prohibited. Read the ToS. They usually don't care as long as you don't buy stuff.
So there is your soft ban. I think it is about 14 days if I remember right.

I get the message that I cannot purchase from that country inside the game, so it's something about Gameforge and has nothing to do with Steam. Also because it says to contact Gameforge for help

Update: i get the error message only in the server i tried to purchase nosdollars. If I change server (like from UK to GER) i don't get any error and I'm able to proceed and try to purchase them.

Tried with a different server, still got rejected: the webpage says successfull purchased but then "it will take more than usual time due to technical issues" or something like that and then I cannot visit the shop. I get the error in this screen:

Don't know why image doesnt show but the error is: the payment method you have chosen is currently unavailable. Please try again later or contact the billing support if the problem persists.

Update:
the NosTale account has been banned.

First you get soft banned from the shop and then after one or two days you get banned entirely from Gameforge.

I assume this happens whenever you try to purchase with Turkish lire.
