Action 6 question/Loa Agency question

Well I was hearing rumors that were going around and heard that in ACCLAIM NOT Gamehi, ACCLAIM accounts were gonna be deleted, only Gamehi accounts will stay. Is this true?

Another question about the Agency in Loa.

When I try buying something it says "You do not own Experienced Battle item, or you are not at participating PC Cafe."

What is this item that I need?

Those items for the agency are % amulets for more exp.

They will not delete the accounts of acclaim, they might transfer it to gamehi accounts.

You can use the exp ammy's from noob dungeon completion and the one you get at lvl 60.

where do you get the exp ammy at level 60? i thought there only one and you can only get it at noob dungeon

You get it as a prize for reaching lvl 60. though you only receive it when you're on a map of your appropriate lvl.
