S4Remnants Delays Tool /w Macro

Since everyone in the underground community already has and uses it, I wanted to release it here for everyone
The tool is very easy to use and the hotkeys also work, only rapidfire is sometimes buggy
Unzip both files in the same folder
Always start the tool when S4Client is already running
