Afaik 5200 packets haven't been released IF they have even been changed.

relatively the same, just a few more fields added for more bullshit.

if you have 5165 structures, a packet logger, and Common Sense by Thomas Paine you can do it easily.

Packet structures can change on a daily basis if TQ wanted to. My suggestion is take on Socket Programming and Proxy interaction, pick your method to hook your proxy in and send packets from client -> proxy -> servers , and log new packets. If you cannot make a simply proxy to log the packets then you should not be running a server.
