What vps or dedicate you use?

Gateway Server sends the IP of the AgentServer on login. The IP being send is the local IP of your PC, not your external IP.
It's the same issue as if you were using a Filter for your Agentserver. You need to change the IP being send by the Gateway Server. Afaik srPatcher can do this. Every other filter can do it either.

Hello My house, I have a server installed here but I Nat the connection to internet.

But when I Do this, all the time when I try to access from an external network I receive C9 ERROR.

Architecture

Router With a Public IP.
Nat the VSRO to the Public IP
1. When Try to access to the VSRO in the same network it works
2. When Try to access to the VSRO in an external network every time gets C9 Error

You have to replace your private IP with your public IP in all CustomCertificationServer ini files and server.cfg.
Also, did you add port forwarding rules to the right ports?

Yeah the nat is configured correctly, I will check the thing which you said to me, but I think I do that.

But let me confirm.
