This little trick saved me twice already in 9 days. In case you bot during night, here's a little trick. Sounds stupid but works!
AFKing while botting is generally a bad idea. But AFKing while botting on yellow (non hostile) mobs is always stupid. On my server, and I'm pretty sure on all servers, these neutrals mobs area is generally watched by GMs more then anything.
Here's what I did.

Not these models exactly. Basically, what you want is an intercom that accepts an input to plug the microphone in it. I plugged the microphone in the intercom and sticked the microphone to my speakers(or headset).
The other intercom is in my room, near my bed.
I use glider. So I modified the *.wav warning sounds to something more heavy that will wake me up.
Yesterday, at 4am, a GM messaged me. The sound woke me up instantly and I came to reply to him.
Some people set their bot to "logout when messaged by a GM". I've read people getting banned for this. Anyway, I know my account would be banned by now without this. I was gliding the yellow turtles and I would've been screwed.
It's your choice. But take my advice. It costed me about 25$ to buy the items. You probably can do it without the microphone but I personally find it's less optimal and sometimes dont wake me up!
