Do you have a korean account? if not, then you cannot create one, as you require a KSSN, its like a persons Social Security number, everyone has one, but korean games require a korean KSSN.

Theres a few guides on the internet about how to make a korean account, but they are outdated.

Lol, i wouldn't buy an account for 15, after all; i've got like 3 korean accounts myself that i haven't used in years. ._.

To create a Nexon account for Heroes is tricky now, yes you need a KSSN but you also need that KSSN to be 18 years old. (BTW finding KSSN's is easy) Any account not 18 years old will ask for a cell phone verification, which unless you have access to a Korean cell phone your shit out of luck there. Once you have your account created next you need a proxy because of the IP block. So once you have your tool of choice (i prefer Proxifier) and your South Korean proxy then you can try to log in, and when I say try I mean it, because your going to get error galore. One could be for a high latency, maybe a banned IP, your account isn't accepted, the regular I'm a forefinger so WTF is this error, and many more. It's why I decided to stop playing Heroes and just wait for the NA release. (I mainly hated the errors) But if you still decide you want to play and do everything I just told you then yes it is not to difficult to play without knowing Korean, quest have numbers in them so you can get a gist of how many people you need, scroll quest have the persons face and item in it when you hover over the blue or red text, and there is still some English words in the game. Also I have never even heard of an English patch when I was playing, so I don't think there is one.
