People really have not gone through a lot of effort to try and create a lot of videos when it comes to Rappelz.
There are a lot of good instruction threads in the collection thread but video instruction will be hard to come by.

If you find yourself stuck you could always ask for advice in the release threads or in your own thread, but generally you will need to follow certain steps to add an item in epics lower than 9.4 which is anything before item.ref became a reality.
Run SQL statements that insert the item into your item resource.
Make an rdb of your item resource for the client
Add the item resource rdb and all of the model files associated with the wing into your clients resource folder.
Make sure for name hashing you hash correctly for ascii launches and ascii resources or code page launches and non ascii files.
