In this thread I'll write solutions for problems which most of CSREMU users have.
1.Stuck at ...Requesting user confirmation... while logging in.
Just follow my solution.
When you've got that crash:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Then you need to follow my guide again and you need to make sure you have extracted data.rar to Binary\data not Binary\data\data
3.Loginserver crash while trying to connect database

While creating connection in navicat,don't choose any password...
...but if you already choosen one,then go to Binary folder and change in settings.txt Password field. It MUST work.
4.User is already connected while logging in.
Go to navicat,to user table then change Online from 1 to 0.
5.Client freezes when creating an item and I can't do anything.

Make sure to have: Binary\data not Binary\data\data

2.Create new database called "emulator" without " ".
3.Right click on it and choose Execute SQL File.
4.Point it to emulator.sql file which is on X\Database folder.
5.Open localhost connection
6.Open database by 2x click on it. or just Right click and: Open database
7.Go to Binary folder and copy 3 files: MediaPatcher,Loadersremu and that silkhook.dll file.
8.Paste them to your silkroad folder where sro_client.exe is and RUN MediaPatcher first.
9.There should pop up some messages and when it'll be patched,click Ok.
10.Run GameServer.exe then LoginServer.exe
11.Run that loader from your main silkroad folder,click on and silkroad will run.
12.Login with test/test id/pw and it should work.

Hail ShadowZ for his great help via MSN.
It's not loading files properly because of your windows language,keyboard language and many others.
So here's the fix:
Go to control panel and then to Region and Language.
Change format to English (United States)
In the 2nd table "Location" change it to United States.
In the 3rd table "Keyboards and Languages" press on "Change keyboards...'' then Default input language set to English (United States) - United States -International
From installed services field delete everything except EN English(United States) scheme.
In 4th table ''Administrative'' click on Copy settings then mark those two fields down there. Press OK.
Next thing to do is to change the system locale to English (United States) and accept it.
It should ask you for restart - DO IT!
After restart,go to Cpanel again,to Region and languages and to 4th table ''Administrative'' and make sure there's written:
Current language for non-unicode programs:
English (United States)
After that,it'll work like a charm.
Nothing is bugged in files which ShadowZ provided us.
Just do what I wrote and it'll work.
