Need advice about dedicated servers

Hello !
I need help with the search for a dedicated server; I have some criteria noted below :

- At least 8 GB of RAM
- OS: Windows Server
- Price: 20€ to 50€.
- Storage: 250GB in SSD Minimum
- Processor: Intel Core I3 (8th) range minimum
- Location of the DataCenter: France / Germany / Belgium / Luxembourg or Switzerland.
- Number of players: 30 to a maximum of 150 players

I don't know where to look, I looked at OVH / Kimsufi / Ikoula and Soyoustart, but I don't think that's the only thing that offers dedicated servers.

If you have proposals for sites and dedicated servers with the information I've given, I'm interested :)
