My MySQL Bugged Out

When i attempt to add lines into cq_action this error pops up.
Ive never had this issue before

-EDIT: Actually anything i try updating gives me an error, even if i just change the text of an existing line.

Looks like your mysql is not connecting? re install and make sure your mysql is running and connected. Let me know if you still have this issue.
