Dedicated or VPS? and which operating system?

Hi comunity , i would like just to ask whats better for 350 players , vps or dedicated server,...and my other question does it matter if its linux or windows etc...? the operating system

Dedicated server better than vps , you must install windows the files not working with linux OS

i can say dedicate server better cuz on vps can be 1-2-3 or more person who maybe use so much the CPU or Internet connection and you will have lagg or get many dc.. so Dedicate best. good luck
