Wininet.dll missing

Hello
So I've just installed S4 League, updated and ready to launch
But when I launch the game, a window pops up to me saying that WININET.DLL is missing
Is there a solution for this?

I tried that. Still the message pops up to me.

Same problem just with other files
or better s4 want to put 2 files in to my folder every time i want to log in

And I dont think someone will get us a solution for it... I searched google and it looks like no one had this issue before.

depends on where you locate the download dll file
