Lupon RO Bot using skills?

Hi I need to emulate physical keystrokes for my bot to use skills, it only auto attacks right now and does not pick up items. Since the game has a "Greed Clip" (gives skill to pick up items in an area) I was wondering if someone can help me with creating a virtual driver to emulate physical keystrokes of the game. It seems due to Gepard Shield 3.0, it won't accept virtual keystrokes.

Note to all, my private does not use openkore, it is a pixelbot that changes the mob sprite. I have updated my bot to be able to pick up items, please pm me for more details and price.
