underbar 2dt file

im using the bar in this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i need to change stall with collection book
i accessed the 2dt file with 2dt editor but i replaced it only visually like this

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

but when i click it i get stall not collection book
that's the final result i could get

any one help please?
