Making plus items

I know it takes 2 +1's and the item to make a plus 1 item. But after that I'm unsure. Could someone make a chart that shows you how many plus 1 items you need to make a +6 or +3 or something like that.

+1 item = +0* +1 +1 --2--
+2 item = +1* +1 +1 --3--
+3 item = +2* +2 +2 --9--
+4 item = +3* +3 +3 --27--
+5 item = +4* +4 +4 --81--
+6 item = +5* +5 +5 --243--
+7 item = +6* +6 +6 --729--
+8 item = +7* +7 +7 --2187--
+9 item = +8* +8 +8 --6561--

KEY: Primary = x* next two are +'s used and --Total # of +1s--

ty I needed this

i made my warrior armor +6 last night with +5*+5+5 and 2 normal gems need to do this = +6

oh yeh....i forgot to add gems lol, oops :rolleyes:

i've heard that any gem worked. ppl used to put normal kylin :p

0>1 = 2
1>2 = 2 (4)
2>3 = 6 (10)
3>4 = 18 (28)
4>5 = 54 (82)
5>6 = 162 (244)
6>7 = 486 (730)

8>9 = 4374 (6562)

I still dont understand..... how are gems used in doing this?
