Opennos Parser(Error)

Hay,
can someone help me? I get a Error if i try to use the English Parser:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Im from Germany but i want the English Parser and not the German Parser...
Would be happy if someone can help me :D
