Is it possible to modify skin models?

Bewitching Evie is fucking bothering me with her dollar-store Halloween costume-esque leather skirt. A friend of mine works on models for fun.

I'm assuming this isn't possible? Else nobody would buy skins.
Then again aimbots and the like exist, so I figured I might as well ask.

I dont think it is, without the client detecting modifications and refusing to start, i might be wrong tho.
