Looking for a specific dll

Looking for the dll for this.

I have been looking i check oldpatchers and so. But can't find it still.

If there's another method to have that background i would love if you share it with us.

Which dll should i take, there's a lot of them :confused:

Keep in mind i can't use the sro_client from there, i need mine.

that link is the one Sector1337 has shared I have no idea I just share it with you
