Connect to Silkroad Server with Virtual Machine?

Hello!

I'd like to connect to a private server using a Virtual Machine i have bought in Germany. How can i use a VM to connect o a Silkroad Online server? Im have no experience with these types of things so i wanted to ask if its possible or if i can just give up.

Im not trying to exploit any PC limit or anything, i will run 1 client on the server only, but i can't bot 24/7 at home due to i must close PC at night, having the game on a VM for only 5$ per month is cheaper anyhow LOL.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated, Kind Regards,
Kungen

You won't be able to do anythign like that - Servers, either virtual or physical rack servers don't have any 3d-acceleration card - making it not possible to run 3d applications like games etc.
Even if you try to ramp-up a VM with 3d acceleration enabled - you will encounter a crash of the machine/system as the host machine dies not support d3d.
The only thing you can do is botting clientless - but as far as I know, there are no clientless bots around :(

Sbot is clientless? But the issue was apperently on the server side, because their F8 filter did not allow VM to connect to the server. Anyhow i have figured out a solution to my problem anyhow.

Thanks :)
