Can not start TLOGIN_GSP service

I am trying to run 4story server. I am at the step of services. I started, TCTRL_GSP then tried to start TLOGIN_GSP but that is not starting. What am I missing.

I got error for TCTRL_GSP and I fixed it by modifying ODBCAD32's communication type to sa and password. So that was fixed. But now what is needed for TLOGIN ???

Check TIPADDR and TMACHINE.
By TIPADDR look that the adress is right.
And if there are 2 bMaschineID you can make by Active by the 2nd bMachineID an 0
Look by TMACHINE that you have 1 PC with your PC-Name and do bRouteID 1 and if there was an other Machine ID you need to put the other names bRouteID to 0
