help with Custom Conquer Content (for a classic pserver)

(I wanted to make some mini-games or like additional fun custom content). Nothing crazy, just a few new zones or some social game of sorts). I think new portals into existing builds to kind of liven up the world, maybe some new npcs with some very interactive chat about your journey...

I'm really only an artist with no coding experience but I'm willing to study. I wish CO had it's own map editor public. I can do a ton of garment edits and sounds and effects, but for Objects and Dmap systems is a bit difficult for me to understand.

I'd love to make more tools to help artists design content for servers, but I don't have the time to finish my map editor right now. I instead separated out all my work into public documents and smaller tools. Those tools can be found here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. The public documents are on the wiki. Maybe someday I can get back into developing a map editor; I was kinda hoping other people with more of that work already done would step up to the plate. I wish you luck. Let me know if there are any very small tools I can help with (I might have time to dedicate for that sort of thing).

Thanks for that and inspiration! and good luck on your current work~

I'm just getting around where to ask to study to be somewhat self proficient in these topics. I'd love to be able to help my in game bud Nyorai out on his server, if possible. I'd love to start helping the artist community as well! My old buddy Swissknife had really high quality on edits and I want to do the same :-)

I have a deep passion for CO, but I didn't study enough so I have to start from zero pretty much. My work has been low quality, but now I want to reverse that

Well, feel free to create guides on editing as you learn. I only know about map editing because that's all I've had time to look into. If you document what your manual process is, then maybe I can get around to making a tool that automates that better (or at the least add that information to our wiki).
