You write it into your diary. After that you go to your next Cheat Engine vendor and show him your diary entry. Now you tell him to add it to the Value field in Cheat Engine and Select Value Type => Array of Byte and press Scan. Finally you can rip out the page in your diary and hang it to your wall so you will never forget for what it was. (The rest is up to you)

The game has integrity checks (By xigncode or EAC) so it reads some values continuously In memory and wait till them changed to abnormal value then crash
If you could bypass It you can edit and do whatever you want.

I guess you could only do this before, when there wasnt as much client checks
