As you can see from the below, he seems to have put up a conversation I had with the seller asking for support. I appreciate that he was having issues with other buyers but he has no right to post our conversation here.

As you can see from the below at no point did I ask for him to Team View in and do the work for me I just wanted support in any way that was acceptable to him.

Direct note to the seller - Never ever swear at me again! It's childish and pathetic.

Regarding the actual purchase the files seem okay but you do need a solid understanding of the database and code to implement their features.

Finally, at the bottom of our conversation you can see that I say i'm willing to give it another shot if they wouldn't mind giving me support throughout with any questions I have, he then blocked me.

I am not an un-reasonable person, and I appreciate that he has things that he wants / needs to do (I.E. have his own life) but I will not just have someone fly off the chain the second that a question is raised.

I have given him all the options that I can work towards and he is unwilling. I will not discourage others from purchasing from the seller as it was a fast delivery but please do it under the knowledge that you are on you're own by doing so.

I am not going to respond to the seller from here on out, I have raised a dispute to claim my money back and once I have it back I will keep to my work and delete the files from my PC.
