Tornado Edit

Hey All,

First time posting here, long time player...

Anyway, quite a few people have requested this, so I am just going to post it here as an easier way to obtain it.
Some of the texture came from dejavu
Mostly my edit though :P

extract to your Conquer folder > c3 > effects

He originally made this, saw it on one of the private servers I played... I ended d up using a texture from it. But the tornado itself wasn't that nice so I made something better for the server

The client/server you are on might use a different ID for the tornado you are trying to replace.
